With metal deposition and precision slitting as core technologies, we support the world's leading-edge industries and contribute to people's daily lives and the global environment.

In October 2009, we changed our company name to “Toray KP Films, Inc”. after inheriting 50 years of rich experience and achievements from our predecessor, “Kakogawa Plastics Co”. Today, as a member of Toray Group's domestic affiliated companies, we aim to be a company that continues to evolve further through the development of highly functional materials.

The processing technologies that we have cultivated over the years, especially our metal vapor deposition processing technology, are used in a wide range of fields, from information and telecommunications to the environmental energy field.

We develop and manufacture a variety of metal thin films using high-performance plastic films as base materials.

Our policy is to deliver products and new value that meet customer expectations based on our commitment to “high quality, safety, security, and environmental protection“. We are also committed to creating a workplace where each and every one of our employees can play an active role, and we will make daily efforts to contribute to society as a company where everyone can work with pride.
